CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

All those runners with a valid competition license issued by any federation affiliated to the UCI will be able to take part in the events included in the GREEN SERIES XCO tournament and, consequently, will be eligible for the SGREEN SERIES XCO tournament Classifications.​In In any case, the participation of the runners implies their submission to strict compliance with these Regulations.

INSCRIPTION

Registration for the tournament entitles you to participate in all the events included in the GREEN SERIES XCO CHALLENGE tournament.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Until 23:59 on MONDAY before a race.

On the same day of the test, the PLATE AND BIB number will be collected (in the first race attended) which will be used for all other tests of the GREEN SERIES XCO championship.

​The runner must keep the number and plate in perfect condition to be able to participate with them in the different events. In case of loss or breakage of them, you can request another one from the Organization at a cost of €10.

​To complete registration, each participant must prove their data before the Technical Jury by presenting the federative license at the Race Office up to 30 minutes before the start of their category.

Registrations made on the same day of the race will not be taken into account for the starting order, and these runners must start at the end of the grid.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

The GREEN SERIES XCO International calendar will be made up of XCO type races. It will be governed by the current regulations of the UCI technical commission and, failing that, of the Spanish Cycling Federation.

CATEGORIES OF PARTICIPANTS

The following categories are established in accordance with the ages determined by the UCI regulations in articles 1.1.034 to 1.1.037 and technical regulations of the RFEC:

In any case, each runner will participate in the category that appears on their license.

The sub-23, master 30, master 40 and/or master 50/60 female categories will have trophies and a leader's jersey if at the time the pre-registrations for the first event close they have a minimum of 5 participants.

INDIVIDUAL GENERAL CLASSIFICATION

A General Classification is established in each category with the sum of the points obtained by each runner in ALL TOURNAMENT EVENTS. It will be the The best classified is the one that obtains the greatest number of points. In case of a tie it will be favored the runner with the best classification in the last race in which he has participated either of the two.

Every runner who completes the test will receive 7 tournament points. 

The LEADER of the General Classification of the tournament in each category must wear the accrediting jersey during the race.

ORDER OF STARTING

To assign the starting order in the GREEN SERIES XCO tests, the following will be taken into account, and in this order: The UCI Ranking, RFEC Ranking, GREEN SERIES Please do not hinder the passage of the runners called to the starting grid at this time. 

The person who does so may be sanctioned and relegated to the last exit row. 

 Each and every runner will be called one by one, in order established.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

The organization reserves the right to modify the circuit if insurmountable situations arise. 
Likewise, all unforeseen events will be resolved by the members of the organization together with the technical jury of the test.
The leaders of the different categories will have to wear the leader's jersey that will be provided to them. Provisioning is only allowed in the areas marked as "Technical Zone".
Spare material and tools for repairs will be deposited in the marked technical areas.
The change of material is allowed (except for the bicycle frame) and technical assistance between members of the same team.
Those attending the formal trophy presentation ceremony will be required to appear in person with the corresponding club equipment. Unsportsmanlike actions towards others runners, technical jury, organization staff or environment, may result in exclusion from the test.
The simple fact of participating in GREEN SERIES XCO implies acceptance of these regulations.

CLAIMS

The claims to classifications and/or sanctions applied by the Jury Technical, may be presented to the tournament organization within a period maximum of 7 days through the email address Info@greenseriesxco.com
